Seventeen schools took part in yesterday’s interschool athletics, where learners’ determination and team spirit were on full display.
SA Van Wyk High School, also known as the “Red Cats,” brought strong energy to the zonal event, with athletes showing real character and discipline on the track and field.
The school says their hard work is already paying off, with several learners qualifying for the championships on the 22nd of February.
Concordia High School also praised the event for building unity, saying the games and friendly atmosphere helped learners get to know one another better.
All schools expressed appreciation for everyone’s contribution and are looking forward to a positive and successful season ahead.
