The Nama-Khoi Local Municipality, in partnership with the Department of the Environment, has launched a Cleaning and Greening campaign across the area.

Director of Community Services, Refile Selebi, says the initiative aims to ensure that ward areas are clean and compliant with environmental standards.

Approximately 200 participants are expected to take part in the project throughout the region, encouraged to submit the required documents, including medicals, to the local ward councilors.

All applications must be submitted no later than Tuesday, March 3. (Clip)
