Kokerboom Media has written an open letter to the Namakwa community raising concerns about the alleged exploitation of local artists.

According to the statement issued yesterday, the same small group of artists are often repeatedly booked, while others are overlooked despite their talent and professional standards.

Llewellyn Stevens, kokerboom spokesperson is calling on event organisers to implement transparent booking processes and ensure fair and respectful treatment of artists.
