Nama-Khoi Municipality Ward 6 Councillor Lana De Jongh is appealing to all Okiep residents to report any service delivery challenges to her office without delay to ensure swift intervention and resolution. 

Residents are urged to immediately report problems such as damaged water pipes, blocked manholes, sewage leaks and other infrastructure concerns so that they can be addressed before they escalate.

The Councillor says it is important for community  to cooperation in keeping Ward 6 clean and protecting municipal infrastructure from vandalism, adding that recent repairs in the Rocky Ridge, residents that they need to keep ongoing vigilance. 

In a public notice shared on his social media platforms, announced that the Vaalhoek Sewage Project initially experienced a slow start but is now fully operational.
