Mid-month data from the Central Energy Fund shows that more stable fuel price recoveries are expected next month.

According to the data, petrol prices could increase by between 13 and 19 cents per litre.

Meanwhile, diesel prices could drop by between three-rand-52 and four-rand-41 per litre.

However, 50 percent of the government’s fuel levy relief will be added back to fuel prices.

BusinessTech reports that the move will undercut relief for motorists.
