The annual Consumer Price Inflation in South Africa fell to three-percent in February, down from three-point-five percent in January.
Consumer prices rose by zero-point-four percent month-on-month.
The main contributors to the annual rate were housing and utilities, food and non-alcoholic beverages, and insurance and financial services.
Goods inflation cooled to one-point-nine-percent, while services inflation slowed to three-point-eight percent.
