Social grant beneficiaries in Namakwa can expect their September payments from the second of September, according to South African Social Security Agency.

Older Persons Grants will be paid on Wednesday, the second of September, followed by Disability Grants on Thursday, the third.

Children’s Grants will be paid on Friday, the fourth of September.

Beneficiaries whose grants are under review can expect payment on Monday, the seventh of September, provided they have met the review requirements.

The agency is urging beneficiaries not to panic or rush to its offices if they are not paid during the normal three-day cycle, but to respond to any review requests and ensure their contact details are up to date.
