The NamakwaDistrict Department of Social Develoment manager, Sammy Cloete, and regional South African Social Security Agency acting manager,Makgasane, have pledged full support to department's MEC Mase Manopole in a strong show of commitment to improving social service delivery in the Namakwa District. 

This follows the meet-and-greet session in Calvinia over the past week Friday, both leaders says it is important to have cooperation between the departments and the MEC’s office to ensure that social development and social security services reach vulnerable communities effectively.

The department leadership committed to reinforcing coordination, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency across all service delivery points. 

The departments says the pledge signals a unified leadership approach aimed at strengthening accountability and responsiveness in addressing local social challenges.

Residents of Namakwa are expected to benefit as these cooperative efforts are translated into more reliable and professional service delivery.
