The Immanuel centre made R55 000 at Mandela Jive 67 fund raising.
The Immanuel centre for the disable launched new project "Steinkopf healthcare service" at residential premises on Tuesday, 18 July 2023. This was hosted on national commemoration of former democratic president Nelson Mandela under the theme "It is in Your Hands.” The event was attended by family members, friends of those residing at the disable institution and community children. Radio Namakwa FM 98.1 broadcasted the significance of the event as it serves as local call to action for individuals to engage in acts of community service and social activism.In the midst of calling for donations for the institution, Robbie Schambaua - manager at Immanuel Centre heartfelt request for humanitarian hands from community members, local businesses and government to conduct random act of kindness to the institution as the residences deserve love "As small contribution would do large difference".Emotional Vinette Bonn (...) young resident at the institution called out for local surrounding areas to contribute the little they have to vibrant services at the centre. She shred tears leaving those who were present emotionally stained following her request from community members.Adorable games and entertainment was Gallo! raising funds. Ironically was the mix-match shoe game sending The Immanuel centre has collected approximately R55 000 donation in their Mandela Jive 67 fund raising live Radio NFM broadcasted event. "No words can describe the feeling of appreciation and gratitude, all I can say THANK YOU" said the manager.
