Words of comfort continue to pour in for the families of men who lost their lives in tragic motor vehicle accidents across Namakwa over the past 48 hours. 

Communities are still in shock after a crash on the N7 near Steinkopf claimed the lives of three young men, while two others were seriously injured and taken to hospital in Springbok.

Police say the vehicle had five occupants and the cause of the accident is still under investigation. 

In a separate incident, another man lost his life yesterday in a fatal crash on the N7 near Bulletrap. 

Communities are now calling on drivers to exercise caution at all times, not to drink and drive, and never to speed - even when in a hurry.
