In the Nama Khoi Local Municipality public notice issued last week, says that early closure was to accommodate the Easter public holiday, with normal operations set to resume on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
Residents are advised to plan their visits accordingly and to make use of available online services during the closure period.
The municipality encourages responsible travel over the holiday weekend and extends best wishes for a safe and peaceful Easter to the community.
