Members of the South African Police Service in Springbok conducted a roadblock on the N7 at Bulletrap on Friday morning as part of Operation Paseka.

During the operation, two women and two men, aged between 26 and 40, were detained for contravening immigration laws.

Police discovered two of the individuals travelling in taxis, while the other two were found in a Toyota Hilux bakkie.

All four failed to produce valid documentation and were handed over to Home Affairs officials for processing.

They have since been formally arrested and are expected to appear in court on Monday, 30 March 2026.
