We address growing concerns among participants in the Ubuntu Strategic Development Project learnership programme, who report that they have not received their stipend payments for over two months. The situation has caused frustration and uncertainty among learners who rely on these funds for their daily needs and participation in the programme.

According to a memo issued by the organisation, the delay is linked to administrative and banking-related issues involving the Department of Employment and Labour, which are said to be affecting payment processing.
