Today we celebrate creativity with purpose under the inspiring theme: “Clean Water, Clear Minds, Strong Communities.”
Last year, young artists and scientists were invited to share their perspectives on the importance of water in our daily lives and within our communities. This powerful initiative was led by the North West University’s Research Unit for Self-Directed Learning, in collaboration with the University of the Western Cape’s Science Learning Centre for Africa and the Iziko Museums of Africa.
We are incredibly proud to highlight two of our very own Bokkies, Abigail Engelbrecht and Daleen Bester, whose outstanding artworks were selected for publication in a book, a remarkable achievement!
